Long wait but very expected from being stuck inside from winter weather but the staff was great to take care of my baby and was very gentle with him. Very friendly and helpful in every way

I've been going there for about 8 years and Dr Naden is the best!!!! And they really do care!!!! I'd trust them with my life!!!!!

Dr. Naden has always been quick to the point and willing to help as long as your willing to help yourself. I feel like some of his programs just aren't long enough and if somebody stays the path their supposed to, then maybe he could give some leeway on the length. Thank you Urgent Care Northwest!!!! Yall have been amazing!!!

I have been going here for a long time and everytime I go the place is clean, employees are very professional and Dr Naden and the other Doctors take their time and listen to all of your concerns. And the wait time hasnt veen bad at all. Dr Naden has been the main doctor that has helped me with all my health problems and he great bed side manners.Always treats me probably for whatever issue I am having at that time of visit.

We had a great experience here! We were out of town and my son got sick. The people at this urgent care were kind and professional and really took care of us. Better yet, there is a pharmacy where you can get prescriptions filled.

This is by far the Best Place for Medical Care in Jasper or the Birmingham Area in my Opinion

Staff has always been amazing. Sometimes you have to wait and sometimes you are in and out. I love the doctors here. They are very one on one.

This facility is wonderful! My husband and I both went to Tina to help us reach our weight loss goals and she did just that and more! There are no words to describe the amount of care that I have been shown by Tina, the doctors, and the staff. I know the new medical aesthetics program is going to be amazing and I look forward to seeing the success rate this program will have!
